Online consultancy

This is available via Zoom or Microsoft Teams and payment is politely requested in advance. It is a great option if you would like a sounding board for new ideas, or to troubleshoot behavioural issues with an experienced practitioner outside of your setting.

Confidentiality is assured (excluding safeguarding issues) so it is a safe space whether you are a member of support staff or a senior leader.

Online training

Online training is available for:
(a) small groups of teaching staff or middle leaders,
(b) large groups, and
(c) small groups of middle/senior leaders.

Small groups will include up to 20 staff and no more than two senior leaders for option (a).

The difference in price between consultancy and training prices is due to the nature of the service.

Training prices related to a pre-arranged topic that is presented with opportunities for Q&A/discussions that refer to that topic. 

Consultancy services are open to any question or discussion that involves behaviour for learning, pastoral care, SEMH, systems, policies etc.; and are not limited to any one topic. We will provide a problem-solving approach that works collaboratively with your expertise, whether in relation to a system or a student.
